COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--The Columbus Police Department is asking for help identifying two suspects in a recent car theft, with a pedestrian struck during their getaway.
The incident happened in the parking lot of a convenience store along Parkwood Avenue, on the city's northwest side, on October 4th.
The video shows one of the suspects checking the sedan to see if it is unlocked. The 2nd suspect then enters the vehicle and begins to drive away.
Surveillance video shows the vehicle striking an innocent bystander as they are walking toward the store.
The vehicle in question is a black 2009 Chevrolet Malibu.
