COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--The 2nd man involved in a shootout at Polaris Fashion Place in March of 2021 is headed to prison.

Anthony Truss entered a guilty plea late last year to charges including inducing panic, assault with a firearm, and a misdemeanor for the incident at the mall on March 3rd.

A judge on Monday sentenced Truss to between 11 and 15 years in prison.

After a verbal argument, Truss exchanged gunfire with Levon Summerville near a children's clothing store at the mall. No one was injured. Truss fled to Georgia after the shooting, and was apprehended there.

Sommerville was found guilty in court last October, and is serving a minimum of 13 years in prison.
