Ole Rosgaard, CEO of Greif
Ole Rosgaard serves as Greif’s President and CEO.
Since joining Greif in 2015, he has served as Vice President and Division President of Greif’s Rigid Industrial Packaging - North America business unit. He also served as Senior Vice President and Group President of Global Industrial Packaging and was responsible for all Rigid, Flexible, and Accessory packaging operations worldwide. From 2016 to 2019, Ole led the transformation of the company’s Sustainability program bringing it into an industry-leading position. Most recently, he was Greif’s COO.
Before joining Greif, Ole was Group Managing Director for one of the largest global roofing manufacturers. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director in one of the largest international window company groups.
In addition to his leadership at Greif, he has extensive experience in leading Family- and Private Equity-owned manufacturing businesses and has lived in five countries and worked across five continents. Ole, a lifelong learner, has attended numerous executive programs at Harvard Business School and other leading institutions in Europe. Ole sits on the board of United Way of Delaware County, Ohio, with “the focus on helping our children and youth to achieve their potential.”
