Lorraine joined Mount Carmel Health System in April 2020 as Chief Executive Officer. Previously, she served as president and CEO at Roper St. Francis Healthcare in Charleston, South Carolina.
Her dedication to the health and well-being of Mount Carmel’s patients and staff is rooted in a longstanding commitment to safe, high-quality care. Even in her first post-grad role, Lorraine championed quality improvement efforts, serving as a quality management coordinator in San Diego, California.
During her time in South Carolina, she was responsible for the strategic and operational results of Roper St. Francis Healthcare, including redefining the system’s strategic plan and its financial performance. She also served on the Executive Leadership Council for the Charleston Regional Development Alliance, the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce Board and the South Carolina Hospital Association Board. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Prior to her role at Roper St. Francis Healthcare, she also served as president of St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida. She earned her B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
Lorraine enjoys spending time with her three grown children and her husband, Andy. Lorraine and Andy currently live in German Village and frequent the riverfront and parks trails systems in and around the Columbus metro area.
