If you have to do a sobriety test, it's best to follow directions. Bryelle Marshall, 23, was found parked partially on the road, asleep in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Friday (February 17th.) When officers awoke her and attempted to get her to complete a sobriety test, Marshall started doing cartwheels and hit an officer in the back. She was subsequently arrested and charged with battery, aggravated DWI, and driving with an expired license plate.
