Wallendas pass each other 25 stories up

A brother and sister from the famous Flying Wallendas acrobatic group last night (June 23rd) walked across a high wire in Times Square that was strung 25 stories up between two skyscrapers.Nik and Lijana Wallenda, who were wearing safety harnesses that were required by New York City, walked from opposite ends of the 1,300-foot wire, crossing each other in the middle by Lijana sitting on the wire and Nik stepping over her. Thousands of people watched from the ground below and it was streamed live on ABC. Nik Wallenda has also done high-wire walks above Niagara Falls, the Chicago skyline, and the Little Colorado River Gorge near Grand Canyon National Park.
