What happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas if it includes pigeons wearing cowboy hats. A Las Vegas native named Bobby Lee spotted the birds in their hats on Thursday in Parkway Villas. He posted the footage to social media, where some found in hilarious, but others were worried for the welfare of the birds. Someone noted, "If [the hats are glued on] that's horrible."
