Whipped coffee is now taking over social media. It’s gone viral and is made with instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. The trend started in South Korea, but has been popularized in the U.S. by TikTok users. To make it, you mix equal parts (typically two tablespoons) coffee, sugar, and hot water. You must mix it in a bowl for around 20 minutes until the mixture forms peaks—you could also use a hand mixer to do this. Once the whipped coffee is thick and frothy you can add it to a glass filled with milk and ice and enjoy.
