After we spent the long Memorial Day Weekend in the Washington DC area my dog, Callie, decided she was sick of being left home alone (the neighbors take fantastic care of her). I took her out for a quick potty break before leaving for work and as I was putting my coffee and stuff in the car she decided to jump in and block me from leaving. Suffice it to say she did eventually come out.... and yes a treat was involved. She was happy to realize it was my son's first full day of summer vacation from school.... not gonna be lonely for a couple of months now.
